Lamar Advertising
At Larson Design Group, we are committed to positive change and enhanced client value through new and innovative approaches to many ways in which we do business. Below are just some of our latest and most exciting innovations. Whether our innovations are process or product driven, the goal is to better serve you, our client.
Vision in Your Hands - Our Latest Innovation
We are committed to using the best of technology to translate
ideas into projects more than ever before. The most exciting of these is our ability to print three dimensional objects right here, in-house. These printed objects can be as basic as a box or as complex as a detailed wastewater treatment plant. The technology is known as rapid prototyping. It is a unique form of printing that creates these objects by layering and connecting successive cross sections of material. Along with these 3D models, we also offer other exciting visualization se
rvices such as elevation drawings, renderings, and animations. How do these services directly benefit you? It has been proven that by introducing visualization into the design process, the potential for improving design efficiency and quality increases and therefore so does your success - which is the basis by which we view our success.
Software Technologies, One Step Further
Sure, great ideas can be generated. But they can’t fully be realized without the proper tools. We use the latest software technologies in A/E design, like AutoCAD, Architectural Desktop, ArcView, Civil 3D and 3D printing. We also use GPS (Global Positioning Satellite) technology to make some of our survey and watershed restoration work quicker and safer.
Designing a Strategic Solution to Water Resource Management
Natural gas exploration in North Central Pennsylvania has brought about challenges and opportunities. Many consider water resource management the most important challenge. TerrAqua Resource Management, LLC (TARM), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Larson Design Group, has developed a business model for treating flow-back water from gas exploration and production. This business model proposes a treatment process that will emphasize regulatory compliance and is based on the recycle and reuse of flow-back water. The transportation component of this business model will emphasize safety, efficiency, and a reduced carbon footprint.
