We are a growing, 100% employee-owned firm that started as a vision shared by three people - an architect, an engineer, and a land surveyor. Their vision was a firm that would focus on clients, employees, and community. We grow and improve but never depart from this vision.

With our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), we have no outside ownership. What we do is all about client benefit.
